- Chicken fillet - 2 pieces
- Onion - 1 piece
- Mushrooms - 120 g
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
- Chicken eggs - 1 piece
- Flour - 2 tbsp.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Finely chop the onion and mushrooms and fry in a frying pan until the liquid evaporates.
Chop the minced meat or chop the chicken with a meat grinder.
Add mushrooms, spices, egg and flour, and mix everything well.
Form cutlets with wet hands or you can spread them with a spoon.
Fry in a frying pan on both sides until golden.
