Don't know what to cook today? Bake pork ribs in a sleeve. It's so simple that even an inexperienced cook can cope with the task. Follow the recommendations, watch the time carefully and your dish will be a real masterpiece.
Ingredients
- Pork ribs - 1,5 kg
- A mixture of peppers with peas - 1 tbsp.l.
- Ground coriander - 1 tsp.
- Salt (large) – 1 art.l.
- Spinach - 6 of leaves
- Parsley - 2 twigs
- Cherry tomatoes - 5 pieces
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Wash the pork ribs and dry them with a paper towel. Cut off excess fat and films.
Thoroughly rub the pepper mixture with peas in a mortar.
Add salt, ground coriander and mix.
Rub the ribs with the resulting mixture from all sides.
Fold into a baking sleeve, tie the edges tightly and leave at room temperature for 1 hour.
Bake the ribs in the oven at 200 degrees for 50 minutes.
Gently open the sleeve, reduce the temperature to 180 degrees and cook for another 15 minutes.
Put the ribs on a plate, add the greens and chopped cherry tomatoes.
