Potato casserole can be made not only from mashed potatoes. For example, a very tasty and interesting dish is obtained from potatoes cut into thin slices. Especially if you add chicken and a little cheese on top.
Ingredients
- Potatoes - 700 g
- Chicken fillet - 1 piece
- Cheese - 100 g
- Chicken eggs - 2 pieces
- Milk - 130 ml
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
- Provencal herbs - 1 tsp.
- Garlic - 3 cloves
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the potatoes into thin slices.
Finely chop the chicken and put it on the bottom of the mold.
Beat eggs with milk, spices, herbs and crushed garlic. Pour a couple of spoonfuls on the chicken.
Put the potato slices on top and fill with the remaining filling.
Cover the dish with grated cheese and cook in the oven for 40-45 minutes at 180 degrees.
