There are a few tricks that will help you make the perfect puree. Cut the potatoes into not too small pieces. Be sure to warm up the milk, otherwise the color will turn gray. Well, and most importantly — always cook with love!

- Potatoes - 500 g
- Cheddar Cheese - 100 g
- Bacon - 100 g
- Butter - 50 g
- Milk - 100 ml
- Chicken eggs - 1 piece
- Salt - to taste
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Grate the hard cheese on a grater.
Peel the potatoes, cut into small cubes and rinse.
Pour the potatoes into the bowl of the slow cooker, add salt, water and activate the "Cooking" mode for 30 minutes.
Drain the water, put the potatoes in an iron bowl and mash with a pusher.
Add warm milk, butter, egg and grated cheese. Mix the puree well until smooth.
Cut the bacon into small pieces.
Turn on the "Frying" mode and lightly brown the bacon.
Arrange the mashed potatoes on plates and sprinkle with fried bacon.
