To make the chops soft, I will definitely pickle them. You can use different spices and sauces that harmoniously complement the taste of meat. A good option is soy sauce with garlic. If time permits, leave the pork in the marinade for 2-3 hours.
Ingredients
- Pork loin - 500 g
- Tomatoes - 2 pieces
- Cheese (solid) – 200 g
- Garlic - 1 clove
- Soy sauce - 3 art.l.
- Mayonnaise - 100 g
- Butter - 40 g
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Wash the pork loin, dry it and cut it into thick plates.
Wrap each piece in a cellophane bag and beat it well on both sides, season with salt and pepper.
Mix soy sauce and garlic passed through the press.
Lubricate the chops with the resulting marinade and leave for 1 hour at room temperature.
Grate the cheese, cut the tomatoes into thick circles.
Fry tomatoes in butter for 30 seconds on each side. They should be lightly browned and retain their shape.
Put the chops on a prepared baking sheet, brush with mayonnaise.
Put the fried tomatoes on top, sprinkle with grated cheese and cover with foil.
Bake for 30 minutes in an oven preheated to 190 degrees. Then carefully remove the foil and brown the chops for a couple more minutes.
