You can serve such chops without a side dish, because the dish already consists of meat and vegetables. It is necessary to cook them under foil so that all layers have time to bake well. Instead of mayonnaise, you can use sour cream or a suitable sauce.

Wash the beef, dry it thoroughly and cut it into plates 1.5 centimeters thick.

Wrap each piece in foil and beat it off with a hammer on both sides.

Grate the hard cheese on a coarse grater.

Cut tomatoes, peeled onions and potatoes into slices.

Cover the baking sheet with foil, lay out the chops, season with salt and pepper.

Brush with mayonnaise, put onions, potatoes and tomatoes.

Add mayonnaise again and sprinkle with cheese.

Cover with foil and bake for 25-30 minutes in the oven at 190 degrees.
