Whenever kebabs are cooked in the summer, I do not miss the opportunity to fry corn on the grill. To do this, I always choose young heads of sugar varieties without stains and damage. I use only oil and salt as additives.
Ingredients
- Corn - 3 head
- Olive oil - 2 art.l.
- Salt - 0,5 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Prepare the heads of corn. Remove the leaves altogether or collect them behind the head in a "tail".
Rub the corn with salt and oil.
Put it on the grill and fry for 15 minutes, turning it over often.
