Such pilaf can be cooked not only during fasting. It will appeal to everyone who takes care of the figure or does not eat meat. In the absence of tomato sauce, use ketchup or mashed fresh tomatoes. Opponents of garlic can exclude it from the recipe.
Ingredients
- Fig - 250 g
- Garlic - 2 clove
- Tomato sauce - 5 tbsp.l .
- Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp.l .
- Paprika - 0,5 tsp.
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
- Water (boiling water) – 400 ml
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Turn on the "Frying" mode and heat the vegetable oil.
Add the washed rice and fry for 2-3 minutes.
Add paprika, ground pepper and continue cooking for another 1.5-2 minutes.
Add tomato sauce, squeeze garlic through a press and mix. Fry everything together for 3 minutes.
Pour in hot water, add salt, close the lid and cook for 30 minutes on the "Pilaf" program.
