Ingredients
- Veal (steak) – 300 g
- Chili sauce - 1 art.l.
- Olive oil - 2 tbsp.l .
- Hot red pepper (flakes) – 0.5 tsp.
- A mixture of peppers with peas - 0,5 tsp.
- Sea salt (large) – to taste
- Greenery - a couple of twigs
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Wash the veal steak and dry it with a paper towel.
Brush with chili sauce and leave to marinate at room temperature for 10 minutes.
Heat the oil in a frying pan, lay out the steak and fry on high heat for 3 minutes on each side.
Turn off the heat, sprinkle the veal with salt, red pepper flakes and a mixture of peas. Cover with a lid for 7 minutes.
Place the steak on a warm plate and garnish with herbs.
