Step-by-step cooking recipe
Arbitrarily chop the spinach and slice the lemon into slices.
Put the pollock pieces on a spinach pillow and sprinkle with all the spices and mustard.
Put lemon slices on top and bake the fish for about 20 minutes in the oven at 190 degrees.
