- Beef (steak) – 600 g
- Olive oil - 2 art.l.
- Ground black pepper - 0,5 tsp.
- Salt (large) – to taste
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Rub the beef steak with salt, ground pepper and leave to marinate for 10 minutes.
Heat the oil in a frying pan, lay out the steak and fry on high heat for 2 minutes on each side.
Transfer the meat to a foil-lined pan and bake for 10 minutes at 180 degrees.
Remove the steak from the oven and cover with a double layer of foil for 10 minutes.
