I have many favorite noodle recipes, and each of them is good in its own way. For example, this option with peas, corn and bell pepper immediately attracts attention with its color diversity. Before serving, I lightly sprinkle the dish with sesame seeds and chili flakes.
Ingredients
- Chicken fillet - 500 g
- Noodles - 500 g
- Soy sauce - 150 ml
- Garlic - 6 cloves
- Ginger - 50 g
- Carrots - 1 piece
- Onion - 1 piece
- Bell pepper - 1 piece
- String beans - 50 g
- Broccoli - 100 g
- Green peas - 50 g
- Corn - 50 g
- Sesame oil - 2 art.l.
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Disassemble the broccoli into small inflorescences and boil them in boiling water for 3-5 minutes.
Cut carrots, peppers and onions into thin strips, and chicken into strips. Rub the ginger and pass the garlic through the press.
Boil the noodles almost to readiness according to the manufacturer's instructions. I prefer egg noodles in this recipe.
Heat sesame oil, put ginger in it and fry for a couple of minutes, stirring. Add carrots, peppers and onions to it, and after another 5 minutes – chicken.
Continue to fry everything together for 7 minutes, and only after that add the beans, corn, peas, garlic and broccoli.
After another 3 minutes, pour in the soy sauce and simmer the vegetables with the chicken under the lid.
After 5 minutes, add the noodles, mix everything well and warm up. You can add spices to taste .
