There are so many ways to roll cucumbers for the winter! There are even dozens of options for how to do this with plates. For example, here is a recipe with slices of medium thickness – without a vegetable peeler and a Korean grater. Chili pepper gives a pleasant piquancy to the dish.
Ingredients
- Cucumbers - 2 kg
- Garlic - 6 teeth
- Chili pepper - 2 pieces
- Mustard Seeds - 2 tbsp.l .
- Pepper mixture with peas - 1 art.l.
- Dill - 2 umbrella
- Currant leaves - 6 pieces
- Water - 1.5 l
- Salt - 2 tbsp.l.
- Sugar - 1 art.l.
- Vinegar - 2 art.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Put dill, spices, garlic and chopped chili in sterile jars.
Cut the cucumbers into plates of 3-5 mm and also put them in jars, tightly and vertically.
Pour boiling water over the cucumbers, leave under the lid for 15 minutes and drain the water into a saucepan.
Add salt, sugar and vinegar, boil again, pour cucumbers and roll up.
