It is difficult to surprise someone with stew or canned fish. But these are not the only ready-made dishes that can be prepared for the winter. For example, canned soups in cans are excellent. Catch a universal pickle recipe without tomatoes!
Ingredients
- Pickled cucumbers - 1 kg
- Carrots - 500 g
- Onion - 500 g
- Bell pepper - 700 g
- Pearl barley - 500 g
- Dill - 1 bundle
- Parsley - 1 bundle
- Vegetable oil - 1 glass
- Cucumber pickle - 150 ml
- Vinegar - 2 art.l.
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Soak the pearl barley overnight. Boil until tender.
Finely chop carrots, onions and cucumbers, and cook together for 7-10 minutes.
Chop the pepper in a blender and send it to the vegetables.
Add all the other ingredients there, except vinegar, and simmer the workpiece for 40 minutes on low heat.
Pour in the vinegar, mix and roll the rasolnik into sterile jars.
