I'm always waiting for summer to enjoy the taste of fresh strawberries and make jam and other original preparations from it. In recent years, this jelly with gelatin has become a favorite in our family. It is especially delicious to add it to yogurt or just serve it with buns and tea.
Ingredients
- Strawberries - 1 kg
- Sugar - 600 g
- Vanillin - 2 pinches
- Gelatin - 1.5 tbsp.l .
- Water - 80 ml
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Sort through the strawberries, if desired - cut, cover with sugar and bring to a boil.
Add the vanilla and boil the strawberries for 10 minutes.
In parallel, dilute the gelatin in water according to the instructions.
Remove the strawberries from the heat, pour in the gelatin, mix and roll the jelly into sterile jars.
