I warn you - this sauce is for real daredevils! The spicy adjika of tomatoes and pepper turns out to be incredibly burning. During cooking, be sure to cover the pan with a lid, turn on the hood and open the window.
Ingredients
- Tomatoes - 2 kg
- Hot red pepper - 3 pod
- Garlic - 100 g
- Vegetable oil - 100 ml
- Vinegar - 80 ml
- Ground coriander - 0,5 tsp.
- Hop-suneli - 0,5 tsp.
- Sugar - 4 art.l.
- Salt - 2 tbsp.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Peel tomatoes and cut into small pieces.
Disassemble the garlic into cloves and peel off the husk.
Mince tomatoes, garlic and hot pepper.
Mix everything, add oil, spices, sugar and salt.
Cover and cook on low heat for 30 minutes.
Pour in the vinegar, mix and immediately arrange in jars. Roll up and wrap up with a thick towel for a day.
