I prefer to bake chicken cutlets with cheese in the oven so that they warm up evenly and all the cheese melts inside. In addition, it saves the dish from extra calories that inevitably appear when using oil.
Ingredients
- Minced chicken - 400 g
- Cheese - 100 g
- Paprika - 0.5 tsp.
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
- Chicken eggs - 1 piece
- Flour - 2 tbsp.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Grate the cheese on a fine grater and mix with the minced meat.
Add spices, egg and flour, and mix again.
Form the cutlets, put them on parchment and bake in the oven for about 30 minutes at 190 degrees. Flip once in the process.
