Ingredients
- Pumpkin - 300 g
- Grapefruit - 1 piece
- Ground cinnamon - 1 tsp.
- Honey - 3 tbsp.l .
- Soy milk (or oatmeal) – 300 ml
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Thoroughly peel the grapefruit and all the partitions, because they will be bitter.
Coarsely chop the pumpkin and send it with grapefruit into the bowl of a blender.
Whisk the smoothie, add honey and cinnamon, pour in soy milk and whisk again. Done!
