Ingredients
- Pork - 1 kg
- Champignons - 100 g
- Carrots - 1 piece
- Onion - 1 piece
- Walnuts - 1 handful
- Black Bread - 2 slices
- Spices and seasonings - 2 art.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Crumble the bread and dry it a little in a frying pan. Coarsely chop the nuts.
Finely chop all the vegetables with mushrooms and fry until soft.
Lay out the pork, chop and rub with spices.
Put the vegetable filling on the meat and sprinkle with nuts and bread crumbs.
Roll up the roll, wrap it in foil and bake in the oven for about 2-2.5 hours at 160 degrees.
