Ingredients
- Chicken wings - 800 g
- Corn Starch - 2 art.l.
- Barbecue sauce - 80 ml
- Vegetable oil - 1 tbsp.l.
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Wash the chicken wings, dry them and cut them into joints.
Mix the wings with ground pepper, salt and corn starch.
Grease a baking sheet with oil, put the wings in one layer and bake for 20 minutes in an oven preheated to 190 degrees.
Turn the wings to the other side, brush with sauce and bake for another 15-20 minutes.
