It is known that pizza is prepared in different ways and everyone chooses toppings to their taste. I offer another interesting and simple recipe for thin pizza with bacon and salami. We will knead the dough for it with dry yeast and olive oil.
Ingredients
- Salami - 100 g
- Bacon - 100 g
- Cheddar Cheese - 100 g
- Mozzarella - 50 g
- Garlic - 2 of the clove
- Tomato sauce - 3 art.l.
- Butter - 20 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Sift the flour into a wide bowl. Add dry yeast, sugar, salt, warm water and olive oil.
Knead the soft dough, cover with cling film and remove to a warm place for 20 minutes.
Cut the salami and bacon, grate both types of cheese on a coarse grater.
Peel the garlic from the husk and cut into large plates.
Melt the butter in a frying pan, add the garlic and turn off after 1 minute.
Add the tomato sauce and stir.
Roll out the dough into a thin cake and put it on a baking sheet covered with baking paper.
Brush with the prepared sauce, sprinkle thickly with mozzarella cheese and Cheddar.
Spread the sliced bacon and salami evenly.
Bake the pizza for 15-20 minutes in a preheated oven at 180 degrees.
