Step-by-step cooking recipe
Beat eggs with sugar, salt and spices. Add the cottage cheese with butter and whisk again.
Add the grated pumpkin and mix. And then add the flour with baking powder, and mix again.
Fill the dough molds halfway and bake the muffins in the oven at 180 degrees for about 30 minutes.
