Cottage cheese casserole is a classic that was prepared by our mothers and grandmothers. It's very tasty, very simple, and also quite fast. I share a proven homemade recipe! Instead of raisins, you can take other dried fruits or candied fruits.
Ingredients
- Cottage cheese (9%) – 500 g
- Chicken eggs - 4 pieces
- Sour cream (15-20%) – 100 g
- Raisins - 70 g
- Salt - 1 pinch
- Flour - 60 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Beat the cottage cheese with a blender or grind through a sieve.
Add eggs and sugar, and rub everything thoroughly.
After that, add sour cream, mix and add flour.
Soak the raisins in hot water for a couple of minutes, dry and add to the cottage cheese.
Put the mass into a mold and bake for about 40 minutes in the oven at 170 degrees.
