Tomatoes and mozzarella are a classic base filling for any pizza. It is easy to supplement it with any other ingredients at your discretion. Further in the recipe I will share my favorite combination, which you can take as a basis.
Ingredients
- Salami - 100 g
- Tomatoes - 1 piece
- Tomato sauce - 3 tbsp.l .
- Mozzarella - 80 g
- Bell pepper - 0.5 pieces
- Olives - 1 handful
- Capers - 1 art.l.
- Italian herbs - 1 tsp.
- Bow purple - 30 g
- Milk - 100 ml
- Chicken eggs - 1 piece
- Olive oil - 1 art.l.
- Salt - 1 pinch
- Flour - 3-4 tbsp.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Mix milk with egg, butter and salt. Add flour, knead the dough and put it in a frying pan.
Brush the dough with tomato sauce and sprinkle with herbs.
Grate the peeled tomato on a grater and put it on top.
Randomly arrange all the other ingredients and cook the pizza under the lid on low heat for 12-15 minutes.
