Ingredients
- Barley groats - 120 g
- Milk - 350 ml
- Blueberries - 2 handfuls
- Sugar - 1 tsp.
- Jam - 1 art.l.
- Vanillin - 1 pinch
- Ground cinnamon - 0.5 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Fry the dry yak in a dry frying pan for 7 minutes, stirring.
Bring the milk to a boil and pour the grits into it.
Cook the porridge for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
5 minutes before the end, add sugar and spices.
Add jam and blueberries to the finished porridge.
