- Lavash (thin) – 4 pieces
- Chicken fillet (boiled) – 300 g
- Ground beef - 200 g
- Tomatoes - 3 pieces
- Cucumbers - 300 g
- Peking cabbage - 200 g
- Onion - 2 pieces
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Vegetable oil - 20 ml
- Mayonnaise - 150 ml
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Fry ground beef in vegetable oil until tender.
Season with salt, pepper and add garlic passed through the press.
Chop the chicken, tomatoes, cabbage, cucumbers and peeled onion.
Spread the pita bread on the table and smear with mayonnaise.
Put minced meat, chicken, cabbage, onions, cucumbers and tomatoes on the third part of the long edge of the lavash.
Wrap the sides first, and then roll the pita bread into a roll. Repeat the steps with the rest of the pita bread.
Fry the finished shawarma in a dry grill pan for three minutes on each side.
