Step-by-step cooking recipe

Cut the avocado in half, peel and stone.

Chop and sprinkle with lemon juice.

Cut the red fish and lettuce leaf into small pieces.

Put a couple of tablespoons of rice on the board, add some avocado, lettuce and fish.

Add a spoonful of rice on top and form a triangle.

Wrap in a sheet of nori and cut in half. Repeat the procedure with the remaining ingredients.

Cut the finished onigiri in half, put it on a plate and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
