Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the lamb across the fibers, season to taste and fry in a frying pan until tender.
Thinly slice all the vegetables and salad leaves.
Mix mayonnaise, ketchup and crushed garlic, and grease the pita bread.
Lay out the lamb and vegetables, and wrap the shawarma.
