Ingredients
- Pearl barley - 1 glass
- Mushrooms - 200 g
- Olive oil - 2 tbsp.l .
- Butter - 2 tbsp.l .
- Thyme - 2 twigs
- Onion - 1 piece
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Boil the pearl barley until ready according to the instructions.
Finely chop the mushrooms and onions, and fry in a mixture of two oils.
Add the pearl barley, spices, chopped thyme and another 150-200 ml of water.
Cook the porridge over medium heat until the moisture evaporates.
