Ingredients
- Ground beef - 800 g
- Chicken eggs - 2 pieces
- Onion - 1 piece
- Garlic - 4 cloves
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
- Vegetable oil (for roasting) – 100 ml
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Peel the onion and garlic from the husk and grind in a blender.
Mix the minced meat, eggs, onion, garlic, salt and ground black pepper.
Put some minced meat in your hand and throw it back into the bowl with a little effort. Beat off the minced meat in this way for 2-3 minutes.
Form small cutlets with your hands and put them on a preheated grill pan with oil.
Fry the cutlets for 4-5 minutes, turn to the other side and continue cooking for another 5 minutes.
