Ingredients
- Chicken legs - 300 g
- Potatoes - 600 g
- Soy sauce - 100 ml
- Olive oil - 2 tbsp.l .
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
- Greenery - 4 twigs
- Garlic - 3 cloves
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Marinate the chicken in soy sauce with spices for half an hour.
Cut the potatoes into plates and put them in a mold. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with chopped herbs and garlic.
Spread the chicken on top and pour over all the remnants of the marinade.
Cook the dish in the oven for about 40-45 minutes at 180 degrees.
