Cottage cheese casserole with sour cream and apples

One of the most delicate curd-apple casseroles thanks to the sour cream in the composition! Before serving, you can pour it with caramel or decorate it with berries and mint leaves. The whole family, including children, will be delighted with such a breakfast!
Ingredients
- Cottage cheese - 750 g
- Sugar - 3 art.l.
- Sour cream - 150 g
- Flour - 5-6 tbsp.l .
- Baking powder - 0.5 tsp.
- Chicken eggs - 3 pieces
- Lemon zest - 1 art.l.
- Apples - 2 pieces
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Beat eggs with sugar until fluffy foam.
Rub the cottage cheese through a sieve, mix with sour cream and eggs, and then add flour with baking powder and zest.
Put half of the mass into the mold. Put the apple slices on top and the cottage cheese again.
Cook the casserole in the oven for 40 minutes at 180 degrees.
