Ordinary stuffed tomatoes are good, but they are still too big for a snack. If you need something that you can just put in your mouth whole – use small cherry tomatoes. Stuffing them with cream cheese is a little painstaking, but still a simple task.
Ingredients
- Cherry tomatoes - 20 pieces
- Cream cheese - 125 g
- Dill - 0.5 beam
- Walnuts - 40 g
- Garlic - 2 clove
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Finely chop the dill and nuts, and mix with the creamy cream cheese. Add crushed garlic and spices to taste.
Carefully cut off the caps of cherry tomatoes and remove the core with a small spoon or a thin knife.
Trim the bottom slightly as needed for stability.
Fill the cherry with cheese filling and cover with a hat on top.
