Wash the chickpeas and soak them in cold water for 12 hours.
Change the water and cook the chickpeas for 2 hours over very low heat.
Dry sesame seeds for a couple of minutes in a dry frying pan.
Grind sesame seeds with garlic, curry and olive oil in a blender.
Adding boiled chickpeas in portions, continue to grind until smooth.
Season the finished mass with salt and lemon juice. If desired, you can add a little more oil and your favorite spices.
