Often I want not only to cook delicious dishes, but also to surprise everyone with an original presentation. Therefore, I advise you to cook a jelly in the form of sausage. To do this, you will need empty plastic bottles and about 5 hours of free time.

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Cut pork and chicken into large chunks, rinse and put in a deep saucepan.

Add beef bones, boil for 15 minutes after boiling and change the water.

Add bay leaf, allspice and black pepper, peeled onions and carrots. Cook for 3.5 hours on very low heat.

Catch the onion and throw it away. Add salt, finely chopped garlic and continue to cook for another 30 minutes.

Remove the meat from the pan, cool slightly, separate from the bones and cut into small pieces.

Strain the broth through cheesecloth, mix with meat and pour into plastic bottles with a watering can.

After an hour, transfer the bottles to the refrigerator for 8 hours so that the jelly has time to freeze properly.

Carefully cut the bottles on both sides and cut the jelly into plates of the desired thickness.
