A hearty snack for all occasions. Serve it on the table with the main dish, take it with you for a snack or on a long trip. Pita bread roll is easy to cook and convenient to eat. The filling can be any. The traditional recipe uses crab sticks, eggs and processed cheese.
Ingredients
- Crab sticks - 300 g
- Processed cheese - 200 g
- Chicken eggs (boiled) – 3 pieces
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Green onion - 20 g
- Parsley - 10 g
- Mayonnaise - 4 art.l.
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
- Lavash (thin) – 2 sheet
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Chop crab sticks, green onions, parsley and peeled eggs.
Grate the processed cheese on a grater.
Mix all the blanks, season with salt and pepper.
Mix mayonnaise with garlic passed through the press.
Spread the pita bread on the table, smear with fragrant mayonnaise.
Lay out the filling and smooth it out.
Roll up a tight roll, cover with cling film and put it in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
Cut into portions and serve.
