Ingredients
- Bread - 2 slices
- Cheese - 2 slices
- Chanterelles - 200 g
- Butter - 1 tbsp.l .
- Salt - 1 pinch
- Ground black pepper - 1 pinch
- Parsley - 4 twigs
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Wash the chanterelles, dry and cut if they are too large.
Fry them in butter for about 20 minutes over medium heat, stirring constantly.
When the liquid has evaporated, season the mushrooms.
Separately fry the bread on both sides and immediately, until it cools down, lay out a slice of cheese.
Put chanterelles on top and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
