Ingredients
- Boiled sausage (doctoral) – 300 g
- Semi-smoked sausage - 200 g
- Bell pepper - 1 piece
- Cucumbers (salty) – 3 pieces
- Onion - 1 piece
- Tomato sauce - 100 ml
- Vegetable oil - 30 ml
- Paprika - 1 tsp.
- Black Pepper - 4 peas
- Salt - to taste
- Meat broth - 2,5 l
- Greenery (for submission) – 3 twigs
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Chop the pickles, onions, both types of sausage and bell pepper.
In a preheated frying pan with oil, fry the onion until golden brown.
Add the bell pepper and continue frying for another 7 minutes.
Add tomato sauce, 200 ml of broth, paprika and black pepper. Simmer for 5 minutes.
Pour both types of sausage, roast and cucumbers into a saucepan with boiling broth. Boil for 10 minutes.
Add salt, turn off and leave the hodgepodge to infuse under the lid for 15 minutes. When serving, add greens to the plate.
