When there is no desire to come up with something for the first time, I cook a simple soup with chicken and dumplings. The process is not troublesome and quite fast. If you use homemade chicken, cook it longer. Readiness can be checked by piercing pieces of meat with a fork.
Ingredients
- Chicken eggs - 1 piece
- Flour - 6 art.l.
- Water (warm) – 50 ml
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the chicken, pour cold water and boil with bay leaf for 30 minutes. Remove the foam with a slotted spoon, which will appear during the cooking process.
Peel the onion and potatoes and chop them. Grate the carrots on a coarse grater.
Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the onion and carrot until golden brown.
Pour potatoes into a saucepan with meat, roast and boil for 5 minutes.
In a separate bowl, mix flour, egg, salt and ground black pepper.
Pour in warm water and mix the mass thoroughly until smooth.
With a dessert spoon, type the dough and lower it into a saucepan with boiling soup. Boil everything together for another 7 minutes.
Add salt, finely chopped dill and turn off. Infuse the soup under the lid for 10-15 minutes.
