Rowan jam always turns out to be a little peculiar because of the unusual taste of the berry. Adding an apple on the one hand helps to balance this taste, and on the other – just makes the billet even more interesting. Then I'll tell you how to cook everything correctly.
Ingredients
- Apples - 700 g
- Mountain Ash - 700 g
- Sugar - 700 g
- Water - 200 ml
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Peel the apples, cut into pieces, add half the water and boil until soft.
