Dietary meals should not be boring, bland and monotonous at all. For example, here is my favorite recipe for chicken fillet and liver roll with herbs and hot pepper. It is not only delicious, but also very beautiful.
Ingredients
- Chicken - 1 piece
- Chicken liver - 200 g
- Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp.l .
- Bell pepper - 0.5 pieces
- Chili pepper - 1 pod
- Greenery - 0.5 beam
- Salt - 1 tsp.
- Spices and seasonings - 0.5 tsp.
- Bay leaf - 2 pieces
- Parsley root - 1 piece
- Allspice (polka dots) – 5 pieces
Step-by-step cooking recipe
The most difficult thing is to carve the chicken. It is necessary to cut out all the bones so that, if possible, all the meat remains one whole piece.
Spread it out so that you get a rectangle of approximately the same thickness. Season with salt and pepper.
Cut the liver into medium pieces and fry in vegetable oil for 5 minutes.
In the middle of the rectangle of chicken, lay out the liver, sliced pepper (both types) and coarsely chopped greens.
Wrap a tight roll and, if it is too long, cut it in half. Wrap it in several layers of food wrap and tie everything with a culinary thread.
Boil 2 liters of water. Add salt, bay leaf, parsley root and allspice.
Put the roll in a saucepan and cook under the lid for 40 minutes. Then cool a little, release from the film and transfer to a baking dish.
Put the roll in the oven for another 15 minutes at 180 degrees.
