- Chicken eggs - 6 pieces
- Champignons - 100 g
- Garlic - 3 cloves
- Milk - 150 ml
- Olive oil - 1 art.l.
- Butter - 50 g
- Nutmeg - to taste
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the champignons into small pieces.
Peel the garlic cloves from the husk and cut into plates.
Melt the butter in a frying pan and fry the mushrooms until tender.
Add garlic, ground nutmeg and salt. Stir and turn off after 1 minute.
Beat the eggs lightly with ground pepper, salt and warm milk.
Add the champignons and stir.
Grease the mold with olive oil, pour in the workpiece and bake for 20-25 minutes in the oven, preheated to 180 degrees.
