Perhaps every housewife has her own favorite Julienne recipe with potatoes and mushrooms. This French dish has long been an everyday classic in many countries. Today I want to share with you the secret of how to cook it in pots.
Ingredients
- Potatoes - 4 pieces
- Chicken fillet - 1 piece
- Mushrooms - 300 g
- Onion - 1 piece
- Cheese - 100 g
- Flour - 1 tbsp.l.
- Sour cream - 100 g
- Butter - 50 g
- Spices and seasonings - to taste
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Fry the flour in butter until golden. Add sour cream, mix thoroughly and simmer the sauce for a minute.
Separately chop and fry mushrooms with onions.
Add chopped chicken to them, season to taste and simmer for 10 minutes.
Cut the potatoes into cubes and put them in pots.
Put the contents of the frying pan on top, pour the sauce and cover with grated cheese.
Bake julienne for 30-40 minutes at 180 degrees.
