For connoisseurs of Georgian cuisine there is an excellent recipe for raw adjika. It is prepared with a lot of hot pepper, garlic and vinegar. Add spicy seasoning to soups and sauces, serve with meat or use as a marinade for kebabs.
Ingredients
- Tomatoes - 500 g
- Bell pepper - 500 g
- Hot red pepper - 300 g
- Garlic - 100 g
- Apple cider vinegar - 100 ml
- Sugar - 20 g
- Salt - 25 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the hot and Bulgarian pepper in half, peel off the seeds.
Mince tomatoes, peeled garlic, hot and bell pepper through a meat grinder.
Add sugar, salt, vinegar and mix well.
Put the raw adjika in clean, dry jars, close the lids tightly and put it in the refrigerator for storage.
