Cut the salmon fillet into small pieces.

In a bowl, mix lemon juice and soy sauce, marinate the fish and avocado with the resulting dressing. Put it in the refrigerator for 10 minutes.

Rinse the rice under running water and boil until tender, put it warm in deep plates.
