In the vegetable season, I really want to have time to enjoy this variety of flavors. The easiest way is to prepare different salads every day. I propose to expand the range of familiar dishes and prepare a fresh salad with radishes and Peking cabbage.
Ingredients
- Peking cabbage - 400 g
- Radish - 200 g
- Cucumbers (large) – 1 piece
- Tomatoes - 250 g
- Bell pepper - 1 piece
- Greenery (any) – a couple of twigs
- Olive oil - 3 tbsp.l.
- Lemon juice - 1 art.l.
- Ground black pepper (coarse grinding) – to taste
- Salt - to taste
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Wash the Peking cabbage, shake it off and peel it from the upper leaves, then cut it.
Chop radishes, cucumbers, tomatoes, bell peppers and herbs.
In a deep bowl, mix the cabbage, lemon juice and salt. Add the remaining vegetables, herbs and mix gently.
Pepper and season the salad with olive oil.
