Why not add a garlic clove to a Greek salad? It will make the dish more appetizing and give light notes of piquancy. Cut the vegetables and feta not too finely. Ideally, the pieces should be the same size as the olives.

- Olives (without a bone) – handful
- Tomatoes (medium) – 2 pieces
- Cucumbers - 150 g
- Bell pepper - 1 piece
- Bow purple - 1 piece
- Garlic - 1 clove
- Parsley - a couple of twigs
- Olive oil - 2 art.l.
- Oregano - 0,5 tsp.
- Salt - to taste
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Chop tomatoes, cucumbers, parsley, peeled bell peppers and onions.
Mix vegetables, olives, parsley, feta and garlic passed through the press.
Add salt, oregano and olive oil. Mix the salad so that the vegetables and cheese do not crumple.
