Simple but very tasty salad. The ingredients for it will require the most ordinary. When buying, pay attention to the appearance of prunes. It should be a rich black color. Brown spots indicate chemical treatment.

Ingredients

  • Beetroot (boiled) – 300 g
  • Prunes (without a bone) – 5 pieces
  • Walnuts - handful
  • Vegetable oil - 2 art.l.
  • Ground black pepper - to taste
  • Salt - to taste

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Dry the walnuts in a frying pan and chop them slightly.

Peel the beetroot and grate it.

Wash the prunes with boiling water and put them on a paper towel to dry.

Cut the prunes into small pieces.

Mix beets, prunes and nuts.

Add salt and ground pepper to taste. Season with vegetable oil and mix.
