Radish is a very underrated vegetable. For example, it goes great in hearty and rich soups, like pea soup. I definitely advise you to add more spices to taste here. Garlic and hot chili pepper will be especially useful.
Ingredients
- Pork - 300 g
- Ham - 200 g
- Peas - 300 g
- Radish - 1 piece
- Potatoes - 3 pieces
- Celery - 2 pieces
- Carrots - 2 pieces
- Onion - 1 piece
- Garlic - 4 clove
- Bell pepper - 1 piece
- Chili pepper - 1 piece
- Tomato paste - 1 tsp.
- Spices and seasonings - 1 art.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Boil the pork until tender, remove from the broth and slice. Slice the ham, too.
Boil the peas in the broth according to the instructions. Add the chopped potatoes and radish, continue to cook.
Chop onion, carrot, celery and pepper, fry lightly. Mix with tomato paste.
Send it to the soup, add the ham and pork, and cook everything together for 5 minutes.
Add the chopped chili, garlic and spices, and cook for another 5-7 minutes. Let the soup brew.
