Ingredients

Sausage - 300 g
Olives - 150 g
Cucumbers - 3 pieces
Radish - 200 g
Greenery - 1 bundle
Potatoes - 3 pieces
Kefir - 500 ml
Water - 1 l

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Boil the potatoes until tender and let cool.

Finely chop all the ingredients, including olives and herbs.

Pour the okroshka with kefir and water to taste.
